Everything in our universe is made of energy, including our bodies. It is inside you now and available for healing and connection.

It is through my journey from Yin Yoga to becoming a Reiki Master that I have learned how to connect with this source.

Reiki is a practice of channeling healing energy, traditionally through touch, or hands held just above the body. That same energy can travel across distance too, which is why a session works just as well over Zoom as it does in person.

During a session, you might notice warmth, or a gentle pulsing, in the places that need it most. Others have described long-held tension finally releasing, energy beginning to move again, or simply feeling more like themselves. Whatever comes up is welcome — there's no right way to receive it.

I offer 1 hour sessions via Zoom for £45. We start with a 10 minute settling in chat and practice and then move into the healing where all you need to do is relax. The session ends with a 10 minute share and closing.
